ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS :
All orders are acknowledged promptly. Please review carefully and advise as to any discrepancies or changes from your original order, as orders are processed immediately. Changes may incur additional charges, and ship date may be affected.

ARTWORK:
All artwork must be B/W camera-ready art. Photocopies, letterhead, business cards or fax transmissions are not camera-ready. Electronic files should be Illustrator EPS version 10 or lower. Please consult factory for instructions. Minimum artwork charge is $30.00(x) per hour. Estimate for additional charges will be given before proceeding with order.

BATTERIES
Batteries are guaranteed 60 days after shipping.

CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are considered firm. However, if an order has not yet been processed, WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION must be sent. Cancellation will incur cost of materials, labor and 15% restocking fees, where applicable.

CHANGES TO COPY:
$10.00(g) per change.

CO-OP PROGRAMS :
Co-op programs are available. Please consult factory for special pricing.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS:
Discontinued items or colors may be available at reduced pricing. Please call for availability and quote. Ad-Tek reserves the right to discontinue any item, packaging, or style without any prior notification.

DROP SHIPMENTS:
No charge on items available from stock.

FREIGHT/SHIPPING CHARGES:
All shipments are FOB California (unless otherwise stated). Freight handling charges and insurance will be added to the invoice. All shipments are insured for the full net value. All freight charges are at carrier s (UPS and Fedex) published rates.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
Add $6.00(g) per shipment after the first.

MAILERS:
Small $1.00(g) Medium $1.50(g) Large $2.50(g) *Add $ .80(g) for inserted materials Individual Mailings: $1.40(g) per item plus freight and mailer cost.

IMPRINT COSTS:
All pricing includes one color/one location imprint.

Screen and Setup:
$50.00(g) per color/location.

Repeat Order Setup:
$35.00(g) per color/location.

Running Charge:
$ .50(g) per color/location.

Paper Fax Proof :  No charge.

Personalizations:
$6.00(g) per name.
$2.00(g) per name (pens only).

Laser Engraving:
Setup: $55.00(g) on pens. Reorder setup: $35.00 (g). Running charge for pens only $0.50 (g). For other items, laser engraving charges are based on the logo size. Please consult factory for quotes.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
$35.00(g) per color/location plus cost of item and $50.00(g) Screen and Setup per color/location.

Spec Sample:
Same as pre-production sample.

Typesetting:
$10.00(c).

PMS Color Match:
Color match is as close as possible with no extra charge. PMS color chart is based on white background, colors may shift when printed on metal and other surfaces.

UNIMPRINTED ITEMS:

LARGE QUANTITIES:
Please consult factory for large quantity pricing.

LESS-THAN-MINIMUM:
LTM charge is $75.00(g). No LTM charge on unimprinted items.

All items carry a one year warranty from date of shipment (excluding batteries). Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship during normal use. Claims of damages MUST be reported within 15 days of shipment date. Defective goods must be returned to factory to be repaired or replaced at Ad-Tek Specialties’ Discretion. Failure to return any product constitutes final acceptance. Non-imprinted replacements may be substituted if necessary.
